Notes for Use
You will only be able to edit details for students that are in clubs that you manage.
Club
You can use Club to change the student’s primary club. You can move a student to any club in the association, however if you move a student to a club that you are not able to manage, you will see an error message when the page refreshes.
Status
Status allows you to set the current member status of the student, as follows :
- Active : the Student is actively training and requires a license
- Inactive : the Student is taking a break from training and does not require a license. Setting a student to Inactive will disable their user account, so they will no longer be able to log on to the Shinrai web site and access the student area. Their account will be automatically reactivated when they renew their license.
- Left : the Student no longer wishes to train. Their user account will be deleted, and their training records will be removed from the database.
Medical Note
Medical Note allows you to place a simple tick mark by the name of students that have a medical condition that may in some way affect their ability to train or perform.
