Shinrai karate-do

We are an established family orientated club where the well-being and development of our students is our top priority.

All of our instructors are DBS registered. They are fully insured and our work with schools in the area guarantees our safety record and excellent teaching methods.

Karate teaches confidence, focus and self control. Our students learn to develop their own individual strengths as well as working cooperatively within teams.

We nurture, challenge and support our students and via a system of regular gradings (assessments) we offer individual recognition of their achievements as they move up through the different coloured belts towards a black belt.

Students are encouraged to develop at their own pace  and we work with all ages  and abilities, so please get in touch to discuss your requirements and to claim your FREE first class.
