You are invited to attend the Kagami Biraki Course on Sunday 10th January 2026.
Kagami Biraki (鏡開き) is a Japanese traditional ceremony which literally translates to “Opening the Mirror”; it traditionally falls on January 11th and refers to the opening of a Kagami Mochi at a party or ceremony to celebrate a new beginning. In this case, our pledge and commitment to training in the coming year.

Please note:
- Due to building safety regulations, parents will NOT be able to spectate during the event.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before hand to allow time for registration.
- Children can be collected in the reception area after the event.
Numbers are limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
2026 Students of the Year awards will be presented to a student from each club
